Contract duration: 1 year This position will be directly responsible for establishing and maintaining the Operational Readiness Plan (ORP) for all operational activities in close collaboration with the Engineering and Operations teams. Responsibilities Develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules so that project timelines reflect information from different workstreams and ensuring that such information is coordinated and logically connected. Establish interface milestones with the CAPEX Schedule to ensure that every slippage or deviation in the CAPEX schedule is captured and reflected in the ORP Schedule. Facilitate project scheduling meetings and/or interactive planning meetings as required by the project team. Actively participate in Risk Meetings and support the impact assessment of the most critical risks. Develop a progress reporting system. Establish, coordinate and facilitate workshops for collecting input from workstreams and coordinate with the Capex Scheduler. Load labor schedules to represent the workforce workload required from internal and external teams to meet target dates. Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure accurate and timely data is incorporated. Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis on a periodic basis (monthly, bimonthly). Monitor schedule deviations, conduct root cause analysis and support the development of corrective action, escalating roadblocks or risks that could impact the timeline. Requirements Experience 4+ years in operational startup in the pharma business, experience in planning for large capex projects (above 20 MIO CHF) and preferably experience in the life‑science sector. Ability to conduct analysis of complex large data sets, draw conclusions accordingly, and prepare and support decisions. Experience working both independently and in a team‑oriented environment. Able to deal with ambiguity – can adapt to shifting priorities and demands. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with project management software in the area of cost controlling and Excel.
