Product Manager

**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
Accountable for the long-term profitable growth of the offering. Manage the marketing of the company offering to target market segments, and managing offering through all of its life cycle phases, according to market needs and Business Line strategy and targets. Support business results by overseeing all steps of the offering life cycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.
Requirements - Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical or similar
- Manufacturing industry background for a minimum of 2 years
- Knowledge of industrialized processes such as extrusion, injection molding, general machining, and non-ferrous alloys will be a plus
**Essential**:
- Proven experience in a multi-discipline environment
**Skills**:
- Project Management skills
- Problem solving and analytical
- Ability to work with stakeholders
- **Able to work independently under own initiative Proficient in English and German languages**
**Desirable**:
- Familiar with financials and business acumen
- Ability to work in a multi-function environment
- Knowledge, familiarity, or experience in the cable protection and cable management industry in the markets such as rail, food & beverage, marine, robotics, OEM machinery, and other industrialized segments Previous experience working in product management or with product managers, coordinating life cycle management, product design requirements, planning projects, production, tooling execution to launch products to market
Pay: CHF110,000.00 - CHF115,000.00 per year
