Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to help define and implement the marketing communications strategy for ABB PMA Cable Protection Systems and other product categories, along with Rail and Rail Infrastructure industry, through effective communications that support profitable revenue growth. As a leader, you will work with a small marketing team along with one direct report. You will also showcase your expertise by designing and managing the communications plan to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is contributing to the ABB PMA brand based in Switzerland, along with other key products, while serving customers around the globe. Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing communications strategies for the assigned area in accordance with the business and sales strategy and budget. Developing action plans to deliver the targets within timelines and within the budget. Identifying existing and new strategic channels for communications supporting the strategy/business plans for each opportunity and coordinating with the relevant teams for the assigned area. Developing and maintaining efficient marketing communications tools and implementing coordinated analyses and activities to ensure the global markets are well‑monitored, including web site and social channels, such as YouTube. Responsible for implementing and maintaining effective marketing communications material in the different channels. Ensures that the branding and messaging is harmonized across all ABB PMA platforms. The work model for the role is: hybrid. You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. This position reports to Head of Communications, ABB EL Installation Products Qualifications for the role Bachelor's or master's degree with focus on Communications, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent professional experience. Strong English fluency. Proven track record in an industrial environment. Ability to demonstrate your experience in Communications and drive the organisation to the next level. Possess an enhanced knowledge of tools including Web design. You are passionate about working with teams and have a hands‑on mentality.
