**Job Details**:The Alliance & Channels Lead in Switzerland is a highly inspirational leader and team player who knows that partners extend the Salesforce distribution team and support successful innovative transformation for our joint customers.
A&C Lead designs, launches and supports a plan to accelerate and scale the growth of our joint business with partners (GSIs, Regional SIs, Agencies, ISVs, strategic Consulting firms) in Switzerland. Joint business means a meaningful capacity + capability growth of Salesforce’s ecosystem and customers projects delivered with success. You are crucial in fostering the rise of talents in order to fulfill the Salesforce economy's new jobs impact.
This role has a key responsibility in managing and cadencing the enhanced governance, both internal and external, between Salesforce and the ecosystem in Switzerland. You will be a member of Salesforce Switzerland Leadership Team and reports to the Sr RVP, A&C Central Europe.
This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of strategy, sales, coaching and a roll-up your sleeves in 'get it done' attitude. Deep expertise working in a fast-paced, cross-functional manner, ability to establish broad senior/C-level relationships demonstrating strong business acumen, influential connections and outstanding communication skills: you will act as a role model in being the Trusted Advisor for Switzerland Sales leaders towards engaging with the right partner with the right skills on the right markets. In this position you can challenge the status quo with relevant industrial proposals, obsessing with customer success.
You will lead a dedicated team of Partner Account Managers and leverage an extended matrix team and support. Inn this role you will define the joint business goals and go to market plan with partners and their local representatives, aligning with relevant internal stakeholders: sales, marketing, Customer success group (CSG), as well as A&C extended team: EMEA PAMs for GSI, agencies, Partner Advisors, ISV Solution Managers, Tableau and Mulesoft teams.
The A&C Lead manages the forecast for influenced and sourced ACV and makes sure that the partners are well aligned with our stakeholders in the sales and success plan processes. You will demonstrate proficiency in handling Salesforce internal systems, analyzing and making business decisions. Be a master of operational rigor and cadences at the right pace, being strong and independent in reading business data.
The A&C Lead guides Switzerland partners on their enablement plans and certification growth. This means working with Partner Enablement, System Engineers and Customer success group (CSG) to build a partner education plan securing high quality in delivery and post sales activities.
The A&C Lead position requires someone with a strong work ethic, not only able to manage the multiple areas of the business, but also capable of the inevitable resilience and step-back ability in order to balance complex and strategic multilayer relationships.
This individual will hold the accountability for achieving and exceeding the performance targets in a multinational environment with a diverse team.

***Skills and competencies**:
- Broad-based business and technology expertise with several years in either alliance management, consulting, or sales with a track record of driving successful business development activities and leading international matrix teams.
- C Level and Senior Management capacity - Politically astute, a good understanding of business, and able to ascertain key decision-makers
- History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships exceeding targets. Strong network and references at partners
- Demonstrated analytical, organisational, multi-tasks and project management skills, proven ability to understand and navigate through different partner Go To Market and organisational models.
- Salesforce solutions, platform and SaaS business model knowledge.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business. Strong drive and character qualities.
- Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of relationships

- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills.
