For our international client in the technology sector we are looking for an **Office Coordinator (M/F/d) 50 - 60%** in the greater Zurich area with immediate effect or by appointment.
**Your tasks**:
- Front desk (reception) and customer care
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls
- Office management: building management and procurement
- Conference room and videoconference management
- Badge handling and access control
- Preparing expense reports
- Meeting room management and scheduling
- Mail handling (postage, express couriers, etc.)
- Arrangement of appointments
- Administrating activities (creating lists, letters, presentations)
- Support function to staff members in administrative tasks
**Your profile**:
- Completed commercial training or similar training
- Profund professional experience as Receptionist or Office Manager
- Fluency in English and German, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Good structured and synthetic approach, flexible, autonomous and good team player
