Reporting directly to Jaeger-LeCoultre International Business Development Director, the Business Development Manager position brings together all the aspects of an entrepreneurial challenge, dealing with the markets’ performance and coaching local teams to reach their objectives. Bringing new ideas and driving initiatives to support Jaeger-LeCoultre business development are key dimensions of this role.

This position is well exposed to our Maison Management and a springboard to further career opportunities within Jaeger-LeCoultre.

**K**ey responsibilities**

With the support of a “Business Development Transformation Project Manager”, the Business Development Manager will take care of the following main responsibilities:
**PRODUCT ASSORTMENT & PERFORMANCE**
- Management of our Maison assortment strategy across all channels (incl. novelties implementation) & yearly update of the assortment category for each of our POS
- Management of our Maison strategy for pieces on limited production (including potential derogation) and related resale value
- Management of our Maison wholesale consignment strategy
- Management of our program aiming at maximizing our wholesale partner stock quality
- Coordination of all wholesale return & rebalancing programs
- Lead on some specific product activation plan

**COMMERCIAL** STRATEGY & ANIMATION**
- Definition and roll-out of our commercial strategy including presentation during our World Seminar and to our partners during our yearly commercial roadshow with our markets
- Animation & coordination of the monthly business development meetings with all our markets
- Commercial coordination of the Geneva Watches & Wonders and of all other key accounts meetings involving our Maison Management during the rest of the year
- Animation of our external boutique network to constantly improve its performance
- Monitoring of the grey market & control of related partners
- Definition & follow-up of our commercial incentive program
- Coordination of our our global wholesale key accounts

**RETAILIZATION**
- Management of Richemont retailization program aiming to improve customer experience within our wholesale distribution (multirand and external retail)
- Lead on our Booster 2.0 project (roll-out of a new B2B ERP supporting our WHL business)
- Constant enhancement of our Care program (8 year warranty extension if client registering)

**Profile**
- At least 7 years of experience in business development and project management within the luxury business.
- A sound commercial and business acumen that enables you to optimize business performance.
- Proven capacity to structure and roll-out multiple business projects in parallel with always a strong attention to details & operations.
- Excellent relationship enabling to build strong ties with partners and internal project teams while being perceived as a valued business partner.
- A commercial experience would be a plus.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage different priorities at the same time.
- Strong experience in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English. Any additional language would be a plus.
