**Job Description**:
Our client is a Swiss International Engineering and Construction development company in the fields of infrastructure and energy with aspirations to grow as an international developer, investor and contractor for projects in strategically selected high growth infrastructure markets.

Based in Zurich, they are looking for a** Planning & Control Manager.**
- **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain projects plans and schedules using appropriate scheduling software highlighting staff resources, logistics and temporary works requirements
- Prepare and follow up tender event program for procurement of goods and services incorporating interfaces with lead in activities, engineering and other disciplines
- Produce construction methodologies in close cooperation with the project team to effectively demonstrate the construction techniques and sequencing in order to successfully deliver projects
- Monitor overall project progress status, achievement of major milestones, and analyze project performance in relation to planned performance
- Liaise with cost discipline to ensure accurate and timely control and forecasting of budgets and ensure that the impacts of all change requests are properly assessed and included in the schedules**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanic or electrical engineering or related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Construction site experience is a must, transport sector experience would be preferred
- Project management certification such as PMP would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of scheduling software MS Project / Primavera
- Good understanding of Cost Control, Estimating, Change control and Risk analysis
- Significant experience in Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost Control or Project Coordination
- Fluent English; Turkish, Romanian or Polish are a plus
- MANDATORY: European passport
- Location of projects: Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanic or electrical engineering or related field
