Within JBS, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with Janssen Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for Finance Manager Tax to join the JBS organization in Zug Switzerland

The purpose of the role is to lead the JBS Med Tech Tax JBS Team in Zug supporting Switzerland Legal Entities and MRCs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the E2E US GAAP Tax provision determination for all relevant Actuals and Forecast cycles
- Collaborate with Business unit finance, global services, Country Tax Centers, and Corporate Tax to finalize the annual US legal reporting and required forecast updates
- Coordinate and lead the preparation of the statutory financial statements and statutory audit with external auditors and the local accounting team
- Partner with CH Tax Center for the preparation of relevant tax return
- Provide Swiss GAAP and tax accounting advice and support for D&A, LE reorganizations, ad-hoc inquiries, and special projects
- Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies & internal controls, support internal/external audit cycles
- Coordinate and lead the relevant financial Tax reporting process fulfilling the requirements accurately and timely
- Support the deployment of new technology and financial procedures
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Master's degree in finance/economics with +8 years of proven experience
- Experience in US GAAP Tax and CH Statutory
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance)
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently within a virtual organization
- Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact all management levels
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
- Self-motivated and keen to grow and develop
