**Implementation Science in Health Care**
**Research Associate 50 - 60 %**: Start of employment January 2026, or by agreement, temporary

The Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care IfIS is based at the Medical Faculty. Implementation Science is an applied research field dedicated to optimizing the integration of evidence-based practices and research findings into routine practice to improve the quality and effectiveness of health care.
This position will play a centrally coordinating role in the Citizen Science Seed Grant-funded BRIDGE-CRC project. Simultaneously, you will support the Implementation Science in Healthcare Group in conducting national and international implementation science studies and our consulting team in providing implementation research support to external clients.

**Your responsibilities**:

- BRIDGE-CRC project activities:

- Plan and coordinate all project activities
- Liaise with project stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate data collection and analysis work using qualitative/ mixed methods
- Contribute to workshop activities
- Report and disseminate research results

Other research responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support data collection and analyses in other implementation science and/or consulting projects
- Coordinate and/ or support the conduct of literature reviews
- Contribute to teaching and training activities
- Contribute to reporting research activities and findings at conferences, in scientific journals, or in research reports

**Your profile**:

- PhD in health or social sciences
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in clinical and/ or academic settings
- Familiar with the field of implementation science and/ or related fields (e.g., behavioral science, knowledge translation/ mobilization, etc.) and strongly interested in learning more
- Sound knowledge of and experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods, including experience with qualitative data management software (e.g., MAXQDA)
- Experience in knowledge synthesis and the conduct of literature reviews
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, and practical interprofessional skills
- Fluent in English, working proficiency in German
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative
