Lead and own the global S&OP process with major focus on the enhancement of the concept.

Assess the S&OP maturity level in the affiliates & company to develop a strategy that takes the concept from a local to a regional & global level. Lead the continuous improvement of the S&OP capabilities across the business. Own the monthly S&OP cycle and execute the process by producing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions from data and subsequently coordinating all actions together with the global demand management team.

Establish and further develop best in class working documents & mechanisms. Develop relationships across the business for a strong collaboration with key stakeholders in
- and outside the supply chain.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
S&OP:
Thought leader in the S&OP process
- Continue rolling out S&OP processes into remaining markets
- Integrate current and future supply capabilities and constraints into the process
- Understand and challenge the gap between demand and financial forecasts/ financial assessment of the forecast
- Play a key role in the annual budgeting process and strategic business planning
- Continuous improvement of the S&OP process
- Build and maintain best in class working documents/files
- Ensure clarity of common objectives & overall methodology
- Train/ support stakeholders in local affiliates to strengthen their role in the process and develop their skills in S&OP environment

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- Relevant University Degree
- 5-7 years minimum of relevant work experience in planning/ S&OP environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured and process-oriented thinking
- High level of proactivity and pragmatic solutions provider
- Ability to handle multiple projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills/ motivation of the team to achieve a common objective
- SAP, MS-Office, PowerBI is a plus
- Fluent in English
