**Your tasks**:
- Construction of protein expression vectors
- Production of proteins in bacteria and eukaryotic cell cultures
- Protein purification by affinity chromatography, size-exclusion chromatography etc.
- Biochemical and biophysical characterization of the proteins
- Cell culture of human cells for cilia production for cryo-TEM
- Modification of cells using CRISPR/Cas9 for the analysis of cilia and ciliary proteins
- Support of the group “Cellular Structural Biology and Imaging”
**Your profile**:
- Completed professional training as a laboratory technician in biotechnology or a closely related field
- Several years of experience
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in protein biochemistry
- Good English skills
