**What it's about**

In this position, you will be part of the Client Solutions Department in Zug and will support the team in the following activities:

- Continuous maintenance of client information and data quality using the internal CRM tool
- Oversight of internal control system via our notifications framework
- Process responsibility for in/outflows of products
- Monitor travel bookings and ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements
- Preparation of monthly internal department meeting presentations
- Organize global meetings and education sessions for the Client Solutions Department
- Support the team with organizing and planning client events
- Business agenda planning and tracking
- Seating coordination of Client Solutions department in the Zug Office
- Provide general administrative assistance to the team for any ad-hoc tasks

**What we expect**
- Previous experience in a financial or professional services organization is preferred
- Confident and comfortable communicating in a timely and relevant manner across teams and ranks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage expectations of the business
- Proactive hands on approach; working creatively and independently in a challenging fast-paced environment
- Delivery focused with a high level of attention to detail
- An ability to assess problems quickly and provide effective, innovative solutions
- Excellent level of business English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
