Ihre Aufgaben - Starke Teamleadfunktion ( >20) - Strategisches Aufgleisen neuer Themen - Kontinuierlich technologische Trends antizieren, erkennen, bewerten und adaptieren - Definieren und Umsetzen der technischen Agenda und Anpassung des Offerings - Personelle Wachstumsstrategie definieren - Visionäre Kundenlösungen definieren, transportieren und umsetzen - Aktive Marktbearbeitung zusammen mit den Marktverantwortlichen Ihr Profil - Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor - oder Masterabschluss. Betriebswirtschaft oder IT entsprechender Weiterbildungen im jeweiligen anderen Gebiet ist eine gute Grundlage. - Sie brennen für die aktuellsten Trends und Technologien im Bereich Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics und Big Data. - Ihre Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von AI und Data Science Projekten spricht für Sie - Sie haben ein gutes Flair, auf Ihre Mitarbeiten einzugehen, fördern, fordern und sind ein vorbildliches Führungstalent - Sie sind verhandlungssicher, verfügen neben ausgeprägtem Kommunikationsgeschick und Überzeugungsstärke auch über sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse.
