**Job description**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim HR Manager to support all HR operations through the whole employee lifecycle for a period of 9 months. This key role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a smooth transition during this critical time.
- Starting date: 1st of July or by arrangement
- Duration: end of March 2026
- Preferred workload: 100%
- Working Location: Zurich
**Job requirements**:
WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US:
- Manage and oversee all HR operations through the whole employee lifecycle
- Providing strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, ensuring that people-related issues are addressed effectively and in alignment with business priorities
- Contributing to the payroll process in coordination with the Indian payroll team and local vendor
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Supporting and guiding through the ongoing HR integration in Switzerland in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
- Lead potential future business transfers in Switzerland
WITH THIS YOU SUCCEED:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Eidg. HR Fachausweis (Swiss Federal Diploma in HR) or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in Swiss labor law and Swiss social insurances
- Preferably experience in a similar international set-up
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
- Strong communication skills as well as a flexible and proactive way of working
- Enjoy working in local and international teams
