Tasks
- Provide leadership and management to the Platform & DevX teams, providing technical guidance, coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Identify productivity challenges faced by product engineering teams and translate them into long term goals and roadmaps for the Platform & DevX teams to implement.
- Define and improve internal processes, constantly striving for improvement
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages the professional growth and development of team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience leading DevOps/Platform/SRE/DevX teams
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and set priorities for projects and initiatives
- Experience of process improvement and driving efficiencies in engineering workflows
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate, working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in acquiring and developing talent, including recruiting, onboarding, training and performance management
- Experience in coachifng and mentoring engineers and finding ways to help them grow Qualitätsbewusstsein
