**Job Description**:

- Recruiting Lifecycle A-Z in Research & Development / Pharma
- Active sourcing through various channels
- Job descriptions writing and publishing
- Interview Coordination and leading
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business unites
- Acting as the Business Partner for Recruiting related questions
- Promote on Social Media for the company and positions
- Offer Negotiations and Reference checks
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports

**Requirements**:

- Background in Commercial Business or related field (Lifesciences, Medical device or R&D)
- Experience in recruiting (Lifesciences, Agency, Medical device industry or R&D)
- Strong communication and organizational skills - big sense of humor
- Negotiation and networking abilities
- Knowledge of HR laws and compliance
- proficiency in recruitment software and tools
- Adaptability to industry trends
- Awareness of diversity and inclusion
- Languages: English, German and French
