**Learning Business Impact Manager**

**Location**:Globally flexible in a dsm-firmenich location**

**Place of Work: Hybrid**

In this role you will sit at the heart of our performance, skills and development team to ensure we can drive a best-in-class talent development and performance culture.

Working in close collaboration with your team and the wider HR Community, you will drive tremendous impact by empowering our business, translating capability needs into learning offerings and driving local adoption, activation, community sharing, and academy synergies.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensure business impact by understanding business needs through partnering with the Listening, Advanced Talent Analytics & Experience team, and by continuously listening to your network
- Build a network with regional HR and ensure adoption, activation and deployment of global learning offerings. At the same time empower the business by designing and writing learning policies, templates, guidelines, tools & frameworks that fit their needs and allow them to be efficient and effective
- Dynamically respond to skill needs with (curated) learning injections
- Build and manage a learner community, drive user generated content and community sharing, find creative ways to encourage sharing
- Support business with guidance in acquiring/producing learning offerings as well as empower and guide business academies, find and ensure synergies and opportunities
- Build an engaging community of facilitators and trainers, roll out and create a sharing network of best practices for facilitation
- Partner with TA to effectively connect the end-to-end onboarding (induction) experience with the skills agenda
- Actively pursue sustainable solutions in learning, explore ways to contribute positively to the world in this role, and seek out vendors with a strong sustainability agenda

**You bring**
- Minimum 10 years of working experience and solid experience in working in large global matrix organizations
- Extensive experience in areas like HR, facilitation, learning & development, talent and/or leadership development
- Deep functional knowledge about learning & development and pedagogy
- Strong ability and willingness to collaborate, manage stakeholders, build relationships and comfortably navigate the organization and build networks
- Other important skills: taking ownership, operating autonomously, active listening, facilitation, presentation, communication, adaptability, and storytelling
