**Talent Insights Lead**

As the Talent Insights Lead, you will be at the forefront of our Talent & Culture (T&C) efforts, collaborating with several teams to define and measure Talent & Performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will lead in-depth talent market research, identifying skills trends and emerging talent-related insights, advise on skill assessments and measurement methods, including 360° feedback and other performance evaluation tools, enabling us to track talent performance, optimize sourcing, development and retention efforts and improve the employee experience.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Talent & Culture (T&C) and HR Effectiveness (HRE) teams to define and measure Talent & Performance KPIs
- Advise on skill assessments and measurement methods, including 360° feedback and other performance evaluation tools, to track talent performance and development.
- Work closely with Performance & Skills lead as well as HRE in selecting appropriate talent assessment tools, ensuring they align with business needs
- Conduct in-depth talent market research and analysis, identifying trends, best practices, and emerging talent-related insights.
- Provide talent insights to optimize sourcing and selection strategies
- Work with broader T&C CoE to design and implement talent retention strategies, utilizing insights to enhance EX and foster a culture of high performance
- Develop & deliver talent insights & people listening presentations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of talent initiatives, evaluating their impact on talent performance and organizational goals.
- Partner with People listening & Advanced Talent Analytics lead to analyze talent data, uncover meaningful patterns & derive actionable insights to support talent decisions.
- Connect the dots between different Talent initiatives & Insights to drive a robust and integrated EX

**You bring**
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in talent analytics, talent management, HR analytics, or a related function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze & interpret complex talent data
- Experience in defining and measuring talent-related KPIs to support strategic decision-making
- Familiarity with talent assessment methods, performance evaluation tools, and skill assessment techniques
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, and talent retention strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to generate actionable recommendations based on talent market research and analysis
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field
