About the job

The role is leading projects and taskforces in the Travel Retail area and supporting the Head of Travel Retail on operational topics.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Distribution project: roll-out of our new unit- Overseeing the production (timelines, check on readiness)- Overseeing the delivery of waves into warehouse and the dispatch to Partners as per given plan- Coordinating the implementation and successful reception with Partners- Developing the 360 toolkit based on Head of TR’s guidance, bringing together info on products, planogram, tech details, assembly etc.

Event coordination and management- 360 coordination from design approval, production and on the ground implementation, including responsibility for materials, schedule and ad hoc requirements related to the event.- Managing the costs and keeping the checklist- Gatekeeper of timelines

About you

- University degree/ Education- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience in Project Management and high level of operational skills- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
