Aufgaben:

- Du stellst die effiziente Abwicklung der Aktivitäten im Bereich Aftersales (Reifen, Schaden, Wartung, Assistance) sowie die Mobilität unserer Fahrer sicher und bearbeitest komplexe Schadenfälle sowie Wartungsaufträge von A-Z
- Du prüfst Anfragen für sämtliche Reparaturen im Detail, kalkulierst diese wenn nötig nach und stellst eine kosteneffiziente Abwicklung sicher.
- Du bewertest Fahrzeugschäden bei Leasingrücknahme und erstellst die Abrechnungen dazu.
- Du bist in einer Drehscheibenfunktion tätig und Ansprechperson für Fahrer, Kunden, Partner sowie weitere interne Anspruchsgruppen und betreust diese telefonisch und schriftlich im Fahrzeugtechnischen Bereich des Flottenmanagements
- Du besuchst die dir zugeordneten Partnerfirmen regelmässig und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.
- Für sämtliche Fragen der Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Partnerbetrieben bist du die erste Ansprechperson.
- Du bearbeitest Kundenwünsche sowie Reklamationen und arbeitest aktiv in unserem Qualitätsmanagement-Prozess mit.
- Als Experte bist du für einen Teilbereich des Aftersales direkt zuständig, kontrollierst diesen anhand Reportings, verbesserst die Qualitat und stellst das Know How innerhalb des Teams sicher.

Erforderliche Kompetenzen:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Karrosseriespengler*in, Fahrzeuglackierer*in oder Mechatroniker*in undeine Weiterbildung sowie Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der gesamtem MS-Office Palette
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse. Französisch von Vorteil.
- Dich zeichnen eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeiten, mit diversen Anspruchsgruppen zu kommunizieren aus
- Du arbeitest exakt und strukturiert. Vernetzte und analytische Denkweise zeichnet dich ebenfalls aus.
- Du bist eine zuverlässige, selbstständige und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
