In this role, you will manage HUB RoW operational & strategic, be the functional leadership of Customer Service HQ / Logistics teams in RoW and the first contact for Logistics and CS matters for RoW

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- Manage the RoW HUB operational and strategic:

- Order management, inventory control, warehouse management, and transportation to maximize business performance and efficiency
- Understand government policies
- Setup and maintain KPI dashboard for local warehouse
- Operate as responsible replenishment planner
- Develop implement and maintain overall RoW replenishment strategy and support all Affiliates with warehouses setting up an efficient and sustainable supply business
- Setup KPI dashboard to steer efficiently the inventory according to global guidelines
- Drive the implementation of above-mentioned strategies, measuring results to align with company business goals and objectives.
- Business partner for RoW Affiliates, developing strategic and operational plans in logistics (Import, pick& pack, distribution to POS)
- Support local affiliates setting up and improve business operation procedures and principles,
- Work closely with all Asian affiliates to understand product portfolios, and products/sample/collateral forecast
- Setup and maintain guidelines for the region warehouse keeping
- Utilizes financial measures to analyse logistics costs, lead times and supply chain footprint on orders
- Manage the order to delivery process. Ensure customer service activities are fully compliance in ISO requirements.

**What you need to become our next audacious talent**:

- Bachelor degree or above in Operations Management, Supply Chain
- Minimum of 5 years relevant Supply Chain Management experience (demand planning, logistics) in multinational, preferably with in cosmetic/lifestyle industry
- Strong IT knowledge in general and min 3 years’ experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system (JDA, Oracle )
- Experience designing & executing end-to-end procurement (Direct and Indirect) and Supply Chain management strategies
- Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping (process-oriented mindset) and quantitative analysis
- Fluent in English.
