**Role Purpose/Mission**:

- Responsible for ensuring operation excellence, that 100% of the time and focus of the Beauty Advisor is freed to take care of Business and that the daily experience of the store is seamless for the BA.
- The role manages all store back-office matters, elaborating operation standards and advises on practices to guarantee the best-in-class customer experience is delivered.
- Responsible for achieving sales target through successful implementation of retail operations

**Main Accountabilities**:
**Develops and implements Operational Excellence and efficiency**
- Manages programs/tools for perfect customer experience (Customer satisfaction tool, Mystery Shopping program, CRM tool etc.)
- Implements SOPs (process) how to execute per perfect POS experience.

**Ensures perfect problem solving and delivery of assets and materials**
- Oversee day to day operation. Ensures timely and comprehensive support / resolution for all operational topics and questions
- Coordination and delivery of needed materials for our Counter/Boutique (Assets, collaterals, stocks, etc.)
- Forecasts, budgets and manages flow of Testers, Samples, Uniforms and POS collateral and hospitality material
- Ensures flawless functioning of all Retail / CRM tools (Ipads, Wifi )
- Ensures efficient communication to field teams on all operation matters & liaises field feedback to Affiliate /Metiers
- Ensure the standards of housekeeping are maintained at all time
- Supports Boutique Manager in all operational topics and processes
- Ensure the visits to stores by non-operational people are regulated, define blackout dates for store visits

**Monitors Retail Execution and performance**
- Through regular visits of point of sale and ongoing regular exchanges with BAs
- Publishes reports, follows-up and makes appropriate recommendations on BA productivity
- Identify and analyze amount of time Bas allocated to responsibilities other than sales /Clienteling and provide recommendations
- Ensure communication and implementation of grooming guidelines & CRM program
- Support Global projects in Field, including regulation of stores visits of non-Affiliate staff
