Global Product Experience Manager

In this role you will manage the operations of the Global Product Experience implementation in alignment with the Global Director Product Experience.

You will define and lead communication processes between global, regional and local teams in all aspects of Product Experience implementation.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- Supporting implementation of Product Experience Strategy and Innovations
- Leading the communication processes between Global, Regional and Local Market, including feedback analysis and suggested improvements
- Analysis and follow up of product experience KPI reports from Regions/LM’s gathered from regional teams
- Responsible for Product Experience Launch communications (e.g. LP Connect, Library etc)
- Coordinating regional trainings for Product Experiences
- Conducting Benchmarking, Market research and trend analysis to support business development
- Responsible for Collateral and asset development together with PE team
- Strengthening integration of Product Experience concept in Global functions (education, marketing, CRM)
