**FP&A Manager**

Position based in Geneva

**What are our expectations?**

Within the International Controlling department, you will report to the Head of Controlling Distribution & Conso. With the support of your team, you will ensure the performances analysis & the forecasts of key business drivers such as sales & margin & CAPEX. You will coordinate with other FP&A managers & other teams for each related missions (Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail, etc.).

You will also analyze the channel financial performance including retail, wholesale & ecommerce. You will develop a new methodology to follow new retail concept.

You will also be responsible for regional HR drivers (headcounts & staff costs). You will consolidate all data from regions, helped by HQ regional controllers. You will provide a detailed understanding of actuals & planned data & measure any risk or opportunities related to these specific financial elements.
