**Project Manager (80-100%)**:**

In this role, you will oversee and run lean as well as continuous improvement project in a global supply chain environment within the spare parts center of Turbocharging Switzerland in Baden, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback. Reporting to the head of project management at the service department, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supervise projects in logistics and supply chain management with a clear focus on supply chain improvement, digitalization, and automation (national/international)
- Raise efficiency levels with the help of process definition, standardization and automation in material management and order fulfillment processes
- Support in defining and developing efficient and lean processes to reach an excellence value chain for service parts
- Ensure seamless management of interfaces between Procurement, Production, and Sales
- Work with other functions to support and optimize local logistic processes
- Monitor projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Analyze and address project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned
- Achieve project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Launch self-driven initiatives for improvement

**Your background**:

- University degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management (or similar)
- At least 3 years work experience in project management, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proven track record in process optimization
- First experience in automation and digitalization of supply and value chains within a production environment would be a plus
- Proficiency in the use of SAP (Business Warehouse) and Power BI is an advantage
- You are willing to drive change and someone who thinks ahead?
- Fluency in English and German
