Join Sika’s Corporate Sustainability Team at Sika Technology AG in Zürich-Altstetten. The mission of this newly created role of a**Corporate Sustainable Portfolio Manager (F/M/D)**

is to steer and evolve the product portfolio strategy to optimize Sika’s product portfolio in line with its sustainability targets.

**Exciting Challenges**
- Elaborate and execute the product portfolio strategy to reduce the GHG footprint across Sika’s product portfolio and markets
- Initiate and drive the action plan for portfolio improvements with stakeholders in corporate, regional and local organisations
- Support the sales organisation with sustainability value added argumentation and a respective sales and marketing toolbox which includes the creation and performing of trainings
- Support individual sustainable product initiatives and green building projects following established initiatives (e.g. LEED, BREEAM, DGNB,)
- Develop and introduce business models beyond products sales

**We Need Your Skills**
- with a strategic mind and heartbeat for sustainability
- You built your knowledge through a university degree or proven track record related to Sustainability, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Economics
- You gained experience in development and execution of sustainability and product strategies, green building / sustainability construction projects with certification schemes,e.g., LEED, BREEAM, DGNB through your career
- You are skilled in creation of customer oriented value-added argumentation, communication and sales approach
- You gained expertise in developing and providing training or seminars to an internal and external audience
- You have leadership skills with strong motivation capability and commitment to support and drive the global organization with its multiple stakeholders
