Evoleen drives the digital healthcare revolution by creating built-to-buy start-ups in close collaboration with global corporate partners. Evoleeners are entrepreneurs-at-heart. At Evoleen, you will be joining a team of highly motivated entrepreneurs that maintains a can-do culture marked by passion, honesty, and a love of good coffee.

In the light of expansion of our business activities we are looking for a manager who will act as the right hand for the Evoleen Ventures CEO overlooking and driving the three Business Units (Venture Co-creation, Venture Pipeline, as well as Venture Portfolio).

Tasks

**Role & Responsibilities**:
You will be partnering with the Evoleen Ventures CEO to drive and manage of the 3 Business Units.

**Venture Co-creation**:
You will support in business development activities and act as the Project Lead and point of contact to our corporate partners. Together with other entrepreneurs from Evoleen and external stakeholders, you will lead and drive the ideation/discovery phases of the projects.

**Venture Portfolio**:
Together with the CEO of Evoleen Ventures, you will guide, manage and support existing ventures with your expertise.

**Venture Pipeline**:
Analyze and prioritize ideas in our pipeline, connect with potential partners, seek funding, and bring them to life.

**Requirements**:
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting.
- Demonstrated track record of working in start-up environments.
- Successful completion of a master's degree in business economics or similar.
- An entrepreneurial and strategic mindset and a passion for working in a dynamic, collaborative and innovative start-up environment.
- Experience in digital health is a plus.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Located in Switzerland.
