**Your mission**:
You are facilitating our growth-minded strategy as our family of 10+ funds across various sectors such as FinTech, PropTech, HealthTech and Industry 4.0 - to name a few - will be extended by a new fund in Quantum Technologies in partnership with QuantumBasel. We are looking for an experienced systematical, structured, and enthusiastic professional to support our newly established fund. You will enjoy all aspects of our investment process including deal sourcing, due diligence, deal closing, and portfolio support until exit. In that role you will be part of a small team responsible for the investments and portfolio management of the new fund - embedded in a larger team of 40+ investment professionals across our multiple fund families as well as with access to the quantum experts in the ecosystem of our partner QuantumBasel.

**Your profile**:
**Profile Requirements**
- Advanced university degree (master’s degree or PhD) in applied quantum physics, quantum computing or an adjacent field incl. experience in research related to quantum computing tech
- Deep understanding of the commercialization opportunity of quantum technologies, their relevant market trends and business models, customers, connected technologies, and competition
- Entrepreneurial spirit should come along naturally, entrepreneurial know-how will be valued highly
- Demonstrable reference cases of remarkable logical and commercial thinking, problem-solving skills, and passion to delving into businesses that are creative and imaginative
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently and independently in a timely manner is a must
- Team-player and friendly attitude
- Fluency in English

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Some exposure to venture capital including financial and capital transactions, building business cases with a reliable financial underlying that can stand up to an investment committee
- Surely a plus is relevant work experience in a high-performance environment like a deep-tech focused investment firm, investment banking, or consultancy
- Fluency in German
