For our client, an international operating Investment Management Company, located in the heart of Zurich, we are in search of an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. You will support several Relationship Managers in their day-to-day work and manage the office processes. You start with a temporary contract (3-6 months) with the possibility of being hired permanently.
Tasks
- Organize meetings, set-up calls and video conferences
- Diary management for several Relationship Managers
- Coordinate with caterings for events and register external visitors
- Work with external travel vendor regarding flights and hotel options
- Physical mail handling
- Prepare and review client meetings
- Enter and amend client data in Salesforce (CRM database)
- Several ad-hoc tasks
**Requirements**:
- Several years of professional experience as Assistant
- Preferably Financial Services background
- Strong communication skills across all stakeholder levels
- Proficient with MS Office
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent time-management
