**As a Strategic Recruiter, you will be responsible for**:
Hiring Relationship Managers for dedicated Business Units in close partnership with the respective management

Defining ideal hiring strategy for different markets and anticipating hiring opportunities

Assessing and identifying high performers in a structured interview process as well as verifying and checking plausibility of business cases

At least 4 years of experience as a recruitment specialist in the financial industry with a proven track record in recruiting Relationship Managers, either in an HR department of a global financial player or in a recruitment agency

Knowledge of the Swiss and international Wealth Management market (focus Europe) and experience in sourcing

German native speaker with business-level proficiency in English, both oral and written. Any other languages are an advantage

A courteous and winning personality with excellent communication, selling and interpersonal skills

Able to build up trusted partnerships and strong networks

Organized and structured work approach and able to deal with sensitive situations

Taking ownership of your tasks and projects, be highly proactive and a self-starter
