F&B Manager 100% (m/w/d)
- Deine Aufgabengebiet- Betreuen und unterstützen sämtlicher F&B Outlets
- Aktive Unterstützung der Restaurantleitung
- Sicherstellung einer professionellen Gästebetreuung auf konstant hohem Niveau
- Optimale Einsatz
- und Ferienplanung des Serviceteams in Absprache mit der

Restaurantleitung- Effiziente Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
- Kontrolle von Tagesabrechnungen
- Mitverantwortung für das Einhalten und die Kontrolle der Qualitäts
- und Hygienestandards
- Einkauf und Mitgestaltung des gesamten Getränke
- Angebots und Einkauf von Non-Food
- Verantwortung über Inventuren und den Catering
- Bereich
- Das bringst du mit- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie / Hotellerie
- Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
- Gepflegte Umgangsformen, ein sicheres Auftreten, Freundlichkeit und

eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft- Du liebst den Kundenkontakt und behältst auch in hektischen Momenten immer ein Lächeln
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein optimales Organisationstalent
- Flexibel, belastbar und zuverlässig
- Fliessende Deutsch
