**The role**

You'll collaborate with the Account Lead(s) on existing accounts prospecting new revenue streams/business units and support account planning, outreach, and active opportunity cultivation. You'll help nurture client partnerships alongside the Account Lead and participate in client meetings. The management consulting industry and our clients' continuous effort to drive transformation and achieve business excellence should excite you.

You'll play a key role in demand generation among identified accounts and partner with marketing and other cross-functional teams to execute account-based initiatives.

In addition to partnering with our top clients, you will also contribute to and execute on internal initiatives to help us build out Genioo's commercial practice, in close collaboration with colleagues across functions and geographies.

You'll be entering a high growth business at an innovative management consulting firm. This is a rare opportunity to drive value creation with and for Life Sciences clients, in collaboration with like-minded colleagues, from the front row.

**What you should enjoy doing**
- Successfully collaborating on and supporting ongoing account planning that connects new business and existing relationships
- Owning full sales cycle and client facing interactions from first contact through contract negotiation/close across all vectors: meeting prep, participation, and tactical elements supporting our closing plan to win business
- Supporting the Account Team on complex opportunities and negotiations
- Digging in and being hands on in understanding the clients' businesses and goals to help prepare the Account team at Genioo to deliver best-in-class consulting services
- Collaborating cross-functionally (across sales, product, and marketing teams) to ensure prospects get timely information that increases product knowledge & interest
- After new business closes, partnering with Client Services to understand other stakeholders within the client organization we should target for additional account growth and working with the Account Team to add to the top of the funnel
- Nurturing existing relationships to help us drive more value to our partners; thinking creatively about how we might best position ourselves to support them

**What we look for**
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- 3-5 years sales experience (consultative or professional services sales, helpful)
- Experience selling to Corporate Markets, ideally Fortune 500
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proven top performance in prior roles, with growing levels of responsibility
