Field Support Manager, Europe

As part of our continuous growth and the expansion of our European operations, we are looking for a Field Support Manager (Europe) working in our Companion Animal Group (CAG). As Field Support Manager, in partnership with Country Managers and FSR Managers, you’ll coordinate the activity of in Country Field Support Representatives (FSR) in Europe to build high-performing teams, driving organizational goals/priorities and evolve the FSR Organization to the Gold Standards. This exciting & important role will help to initially create an assessment of the current Field Support function & help to implement the road map for common European standards.

Communicating the true value of our products and services is at the heart of our IDEXX’s commercial business. Our sales professionals develop deep and meaningful relationships offering solutions to meet our customers' unique needs.

**In this role**:
You will contribute to the development of Europe FSR strategy, operating policies, procedures and incorporate other improvements based on evaluation of existing procedures and business needs.
You’ll facilitate relationships between field partners and field support representatives and act as the liaison to enable strong collaboration.
Day-to-day you’ll act as a change champion and support the organization in managing through change.
Your responsibility will be to support the technical development of the team and offer coaching to drive performance.
Collaboration with field managers is key to identify opportunities and manage Europe towards a common goal.

**What will you need to Succeed**:
You naturally have a growth and strategic mindset & you love to focus on the big picture
Change management is a key strength of yours, particularly being able to influence without authority.
You love to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, this is essential due to working on a variety of projects - it’s essential your strengths lie with influencing, planning & coordinating.
You have fantastic customer service skills including discovering and exploring customer’s needs, experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships.
Whilst leading & influencing without authority, you have strong supervisory skills and have the ability to give developmental feedback in a coaching environment - this could be with remote & multi-site teams.
If you have experience installing and troubleshooting IDEXX equipment, as well as customer training this is advantageous.
Organization, time management & the ability to prioritize are fundamental foundations to the success of this position moving forward.
You’re a natural communicator; with an inspirational style of working - you enjoy working with people and have the ability to build instant rapport.
You’re happy & flexible to travel to work with your European stakeholders; with potential for future mobility.
