**Your tasks**:

- **Organize and lead** the transfer activities to support the transfer strategy
- ** Develop and execute communication and marketing activities** that highlight the university's transfer achievements, startups, and spin-offs
- ** Provide tailored coaching and advisory services** to entrepreneurial students, alumni, and university affiliates
- ** Support HSG entrepreneurs** on topics related to **Intellectual Property (IP), IP transfer, and technology commercialization**, in close collaboration with relevant departments and external experts
- ** Contribute to selected projects** aimed at strengthening HSG's innovation and transfer ecosystem, especially in the areas of startup development, spin-offs, and strategic partnerships

**Your profile**:

- University degree in business, engineering, innovation management or a related field - ideally with a focus on** technology transfer, entrepreneurship or intellectual property (IP)**:

- Several years (typically 3-6 years) of **professional experience in the fields of innovation, startup support, knowledge or technology transfer, or IP management**:

- Strong command of both **German and English** (written and spoken)
- A professional and confident presence, with a high level of **initiative, motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively** in a dynamic environment
- A strong interest in **entrepreneurship, spin-offs and university-industry collaboration**, with a hands-on mindset and solution orientation

The Service Center E&I is the first point of entrepreneurship, innovation and transfer at the University of St.Gallen.
