Hier erwartet dich ein inspirierendes Umfeld für kreative Ideen. Aufgaben Leite das Best Founder Programme und organisiere Veranstaltungen. Überwache Marketingaktivitäten und führe Case Scouting durch. Coache Studierende, Alumni und nimm an Projekten teil. Mitwirkung an spezifischen Projekten (z. B. Maßnahmen zur Skalierung). Case Scouting und Pipeline‑Management. Fähigkeiten Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder verwandtem Bereich. Mindestens 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Projekt- oder Innovationsmanagement. Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse. Professionelles und selbstbewusstes Auftreten, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation, Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
