**About us**:
Become Project Manager Sterile Engineering within our R&D and Global Engineering division at SCHOTT Pharma.

In this role, you are responsible for global technology projects. You will manage the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies and production lines for clean-room manufacturing of pharma containment solutions within expansion, brownfield or greenfield projects around the world.

You will be located in St. Gallen, starting immediately. Travelling to global production sites and suppliers will be project-specific and can be up to 40%.

**Your Contribution**:

- You are responsible for planning and execution of global equipment projects (stand-alone or as part of brownfield or greenfield programs).
- From basic engineering to complete integration of clean-room manufacturing lines including process validation you are driving the success of these projects.
- You create line setup and manufacturing concepts for future capacity expansions, but also for the introduction of new technologies based on requirements from product development.
- You lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensure an effective collaboration between project team members, and you manage interfaces to sponsors, production plants, and other stakeholders professionally.
- Close collaboration with our machine suppliers to ensure technical requirements and delivery times are met is a key task for you, and you expedite suppliers closely during project execution.

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in Engineering, Life Science or similar
- 3+ years of project management experience in leading roles
- 5+ years of professional experience in engineering/ commissioning of production lines
- Experience in the specific GMP/pharma environment and procedures (FAT/SAT/Qualification/Validation) and related norms/guidelines
- Strong systematic problem-solving competence, structured working style, ability to prioritize as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management/methodological competence e.g. IPMA-C certificate
- Fluent in English and in German (written and spoken)
