Für ein internationales Unternehmen suchen wir eine kommunikationsstarke und innovative Person als **Project Manager Process Engineering (m/w).**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Definition und Umsetzung der Strategie zur Weiterentwicklung der Fertigungsprozesse im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Koordination und Schulung des globalen Process Engineers Netzwerks (Process Owners in den globalen Fertigungsstandorten)
- Projektleitung von Fertigungstechnologie sowie Digitalisierungs Projekten
- Unterstützung von Produktentwicklungs Projekten in der Industrialisierungsphase
- Fertigungsprozessanalyse und Definition von Optimierungsprojekten
- Fertigungstechnologie Benchmarking

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (ETH, UNI, FH) im technischen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld, bestenfalls in der Optik, Automation oder Digitalisierung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenanalyse / Statistik
- Entscheidungsfreudige, verhandlungs
- und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einem globalen Mindset
- Sie denken strategisch, sind innovativ, gerne am Puls der Technik
- Fliessende Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen ins Ausland
