- Ihre Aufgaben
- Führen von Modifikationskampagnen mit Pool Bereitstellung, Koordination von Lieferanten und Kunden, Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit, KPIs Erstellung und Einhaltung, Überwachung TATs externer Partner
- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Durchführung von mandatory und recommended Service Bulletins auf der Pilatus Flotte sowie Upselling von optionalen Service Bulletins und Funktionalitäten an unsere Kunden
- Koordination und Absprache mit internen Stakeholdern bei Einführung neuer Modifikationen einschliesslich der Leitung von Projekten und Meetings
- Vorbereitung und Darstellung von Berichten, Statistiken und Berechnungen
- Regelmäßige Erstellung und Übermittlung von Modifikationsprognosen an Lieferanten sowie SAP-Datenpflege
- Unterstützung in allen strategischen sowie operativen Bereichen des Customer Support und Supply Chain Management
- Damit überzeugen Sie uns
- Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenierwesen, vergleichbares oder langjährige Erfahrung
- Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Modifikationen, Supply Chain Management und von Vorteil in der Luftfahrt
- Hohes Mass an Verantwortung mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise sowie gutes technisches Verständnis
- Sehr hohe Affinität der gängigen MS-Office Tools, gute SAP-Kenntnisse sowie TeamCenter Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse von funktionsübergreifenden Prozessen sowie gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
