Dans ce rôle, vous assurerez un support et des services rapides et efficaces en terme de commandes clients, offres, livraisons, interventions, facturation, etc. en veillant à la fois à la satisfaction de nos clients ainsi qu'aux intérêts de l'entreprise.

**Vos activités principales**
- Organiser et gérer les activités afin d’optimaliser la performance de l’équipe
- Communiquer l’orientation commune et fixer les objectifs individuels
- Développer les compétences techniques et humaines de l’équipe
- Accompagner l’équipe dans l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels et stratégiques
- Développer la collaboration et une relation de confiance avec les différentes parties prenantes
- Maîtriser et gérer les processus IT propres à l’équipe
- Assurer les envois selon les attentes convenues
- Etablir et maintenir les différents monitorings nécessaires pour l’équipe
- Améliorer les divers processus de la section dans un but d’efficacité et d’efficience et afin d’augmenter la qualité

**Votre profil**
- Formation supérieure (Bachelor ou formation jugée équivalente) et/ou CFC de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience réussie dans le management et le pilotage d'une équipe
- Langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (min. B2). Connaissances de l’allemand un atout
- Bonnes connaissances des outils MS Office et d'un ERP (SAP un atout)
- Compétences en leadership et aptitudes à gérer une petite équipe
- Esprit d'analyse et sens des priorités
- Force de proposition
- Orienté solution et vers l'amélioration continue
