Facilities Site Leader

**Amentum** is seeking a** Facilities Site Leader **to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Mission in Andros Island, Bahamas. AUTEC is a Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport's largest single team project, providing both deep and shallow water test and training environments. **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The Site Leader resides at site 2 seven days a week (24/7) and reports directly to the Range Engineering Manager.
- Monitors and performs daily checks on power plant operation and potable water stores.
- Supervises and performs day-to-day requirements including administration, property control, logistics, facility maintenance, safety, security, customer service and daily duties of the Bahamian staff.
- Ensures adherence to company and Program workplace policies.
- Maintains a professional and cooperative relationship with the USG customer as well as Contractor personnel.
- Responsible for and maintains all documents and records required for the administration of the site, power plant and potable water storage. Ensures site facilities, equipment and assets are clean and well maintained. Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five years of experience in fields related to Power Plant operations and/or Facility Maintenance required.
- Knowledge of operations specific to contract and safe working techniques and procedures.
- Self-starter capable of managing own time to generate optimum desired results.
- Must be competent with Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to climb/descend several flights of stairs.
- ** Must be able to reside in remote work location with limited medical facilities.**
- ** Valid passport and driver's license will be required.**
- ** Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Current or previous AUTEC experience is preferred.
