HR Site Lead

**About the role**:
Join Takeda as a HR Site Lead of our 700+ employee Biologics Manufacturing Site, where you will manage HR service delivery, HR projects and goals for the site including but limited to: Talent development, Talent Acquisition, Succession planning, Employee Engagement, Employee relations and partnering with the Centers of Excellence and Takeda Business Services/ People Solutions. The HR Site Lead oversees a team of 2 HRBPs and 1 Apprentice Manager and will be part of the Site Leadership Team, and the Pension Fund board. You will report to the Neuchâtel Biologics Site Head and work with the Site Leadership Team as well as other operational and functional leaders.

**How you will contribute**:

- Develop people / talent components of the business (site) strategy
- Bring best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions and people management decision-making
- Accountable for the relationship with business leaders; orchestrate the delivery and implementation of core HR programs through COEs and HR People Solutions group
- Support the Business on the development, deployment, and reward of resources and talent in the business to achieve strategic and operational goals
- Plan for potential workforce scenarios based on the businesses long range plans; conduct an assessment of workforce gaps, and identify opportunities to build the talent pipeline
- Collaborate with other HRSLs where there are similar or adjacent workforce needs across other teams and divisions where development and sourcing can be used
- Influence and support the business to ensure that proactive leadership development is viewed as a core part of the business processes

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or Master's degree in an HR discipline preferred.
- 10+ years HR experience including at least 5 in an HR leadership capacity
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant and operations environment
- Experience in pharmaceutical, Biotech, Med Device industry desired but not essential
- Experience working in complex global matrix organizations preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills, knowledge of HR strategies, practices and Swiss Labor law
