Our new Controller in the Swiss Affiliate will report to the Director of Finance & Operations and will join a diverse team of passionate and likeminded professionals. **The position**

In this exiting position, you will take ownership of Cost planning, analysis and controlling. The Controller in the Swiss Affiliate is to act as a trusted advisor and business partner when it comes to providing financial analysis focused on cost recommendations to the Director of Finance and other key stakeholders.

Furthermore, your tasks may include:

- Delivering AB/RE budget cost plans, monthly follow ups as well as dynamic resource allocation where necessary
- Using existing tools, develop, train and manage new leading-edge systems and tools for the provision of management in line with the business needs
- Carrying out ad hoc analysis, business case support and new product launch support as well as supporting various other affiliate wide initiatives.

Furthermore,
- You are a team player, and have excellent communication skills
- High resilience levels and a quick learner
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Economics/Business Administration or equivalent.
- English language fluency (German language a plus)

Novo Nordisk Pharma AG is the Swiss Affiliate, with over 80 employees, located at the Circle, Zurich Airport. The Swiss Affiliate belongs to Region North West Europe, which is part of IO (International Operations).
