- Within our Finance & Controlling division, we are looking for a proactive Junior Controller in Zurich. You will be part of an experienced and professional team whose responsibilities include financial performance measurement, transfer pricing governance and execution and master data management.**As our Junior Controller you will be responsible for**:

- Showing initiative and take responsibility for a broad variety of processes. Most notably: in charge of operational SAP-CO allocation month-end process, master data maintenance, monthly reporting
- Diligent and efficient handling of cost center / cost elements master data maintenance
- Establishing ad-hoc reports, enhancement of monthly cost reporting and monitoring variances
- Maintaining, producing monthly entity reports including obtaining and reviewing comments
- Support budgeting process
- Further automate and enhance existing processes and reports to increase efficiency. This requires good understanding of the tasks and close collaboration with different stakeholders
- Last but not least participate in internal projects as Controlling master data expert
- University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or similar applied quantitative sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling or Accounting in the banking industry, experience in master data management and operational handling of Controlling month end processes in an ERP system - SAP would be a plus
- Affinity to maintain and develop master data management
- Sound knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint) and Power-Query and -Pivot
- Good knowledge in performing data analysis, reconciliations and reviews
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with results-oriented mind-set
- Excellent written & spoken German and English, any other language is a plus
- An independent professional with distinct service / customer orientation
- Exact, structured and goal-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and good team player
- Willing to take full ownership of your tasks and inspire collaborative approach to exceed expectations
- Willing to engage in a changing and flexible environment, with the ability to question the status quo and take feedback
