Decathlon is a company with almost 105'000 team members worldwide, 2'000 shops in 70 countries, 85 products brands and 40 industrial processes. Our Swiss project began in 2016 with the arrival of our website in the country, and accelerated with the opening of our first shop in Neuchâtel in 2017. Since then, the project has grown considerably, and we now have nearly 1'000 employees working in our 5 departments (Logistics & Supply, E-commerce, Finance, HR, Communications and Retail) to serve our 30 shops (3 new stores opened in the last 6 months). Following two internal transfers, the Decathlon Switzerland HR team is looking for two new HR assistants in payroll and personnel administration in Neuchâtel and Zurich. **Your tasks**: **Your main tasks will be to**: - Enter payroll data for the employees within your remit - Entering and updating employee data in Abacus: entry of new employees, amendments, departures, entry of payroll variables and entry of waiting periods in the event of absence Who are you? - Through your training or experience, you have acquired a good knowledge of payroll and personnel administration in Switzerland (similar experience would be a real plus) - You speak fluently Swiss-German and English (these will be your two working languages). Fluency in French and/or Italian is a big plus - You are available immediately, between 80% and 100% per week - You have excellent learning skills that will enable you to become autonomous very quickly and you know how to take the initiative - Thoroughness, reliability and discretion are also essential qualities for this position - And, of course, you're a keen sportsman/woman.
