Our patients want to own their own health data and decide who to share it with. They want an intuitive experience personalized to their needs and connected to their healthcare support network.

We will bring together a network of trusted channels, digital devices, and partnerships in a seamless way to empower patients and their healthcare providers. We will drive real world data from clinical development to available treatment tailored to local market needs.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Recognized within the patient experience platform team (PEP team) and Takeda as the expert for relevant technologies for patient experience, working with cross-functional Agile teams on use case delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, the delivery teams and Scrum Master to develop, design, build and launch the product
- Identify synergies and addressing interdependencies with other product teams
- Responsible for the product success — for creating a product that meets the team goals.
- Lead a technical product team in digital platforms, data mgmt., API, integration, monitoring, operating systems or platforms
- Act as an evangelist and promoter of current technological developments, and a strong supporter of their use in product teams
- Identify product development potential based on technological developments and ongoing identification of potential product extensions
- Managing and prioritizing product backlogs based on operational KPI targets for the product team
- Taking responsibility for delivering products in accordance with their targets
- Involving all relevant stakeholders in decision-making processes.
**Education, Behavioural Competencies and Skills**:

- Degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or other relevant graduate degree required
- Experience in leading an Agile team
- Experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager with software products
- Experience in managing a product in the digital platform, data mgmt., API, integration, monitoring or OS areas over the entire lifecycle in a multi-team environment and multi-channel context
- Experience conveying current technology trends (e.g., AI and grid computing), excellent feel for exceptional user experiences and design
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimize design based on the value to the user and the business, lead ideation sessions and workshops
- Experience working in a life sciences environment and/or familiarity with Takeda strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of current technology topics (e.g., cloud products and platforms, micro-service architectures, automation, and API integration)
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and experience in Agile methodologies.
