**Digital Workplace Service Manager**:
**Mission**:
**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:

- Etablir la stratégie et la roadmap de la Digital WorkPlace en impliquant les parties prenantes
- Gérer le portefeuille de services du domaine (budget, SLA, demandes, documentation, communication, conformité)
- Développer et conduire des campagnes et stratégies d'adoption des services du domaine
- Conduire les projets et activités suivies selon la stratégie établie
- Assurer l'alignement entre les activités techniques des équipes et la stratégie
- Organiser et conduire les comités utilisateurs des services de la Digital WorkPlace
- Définir et contribuer au processus de support des services du domaine
- Documenter les indicateurs clés ainsi que les besoins utilisateurs

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme supérieur en informatique ou informatique de gestion (HES, université ou EPF) ou formation jugée équivalente
- 5+ années d'expérience dans la gestion d'un environnement numérique (Digital WorkPlace)
- Langues : Français C1 et Anglais C1
- Excellentes connaissances techniques des systèmes de communication et collaboration (Azure/M365, Google Workplace)
- Expérience en gestion d'un portefeuille de services (budget, communautés utilisateurs, processus de support, SLA)
- Bonne connaissance en gestion de projet
- Capacité à analyser les besoins et documenter une stratégie/roadmap
- Excellente capacité à communiquer avec divers niveaux hiérarchiques
- Capacité à conduire des formations liées au domaine

- Sens aigu du service, esprit d'initiative et autonomie dans le travail
- Excellentes aptitudes à mobiliser les équipes et structurer les réflexions
- Excellente capacité à communiquer avec divers niveaux hiérarchiques
