Digital Campaigns Manager

For our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Digital Campaigns Manager (Permanent-100%) - Native English speaker and writer.

**Responsabilities**:
Responsible for the planning, development, optimisation of advertising and branding campaigns across digital touchpoints to increase ROI.

Support the development of the new commercial programme

Work closely with the sales and development team

Take responsibility for the overall management of campaigns and ensure effective delivery.

Prepare proposals with the sales and business development team

Manage all campaigns with advertisers and brands.

Have a thorough knowledge of the digital marketing world

Manage all digital advertising inventory

Work with agencies to tailor inventory as needed

Coordinate campaign launch with agencies and oversee delivery.

Prepare, create and launch Facebook campaigns

Update inventory availability in close coordination with the sales and business development team.

Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Develop an in-depth understanding of traffic

Manage campaign budgets

Establish regular market benchmarks in the area of digital marketing, particularly for digital advertising and branded content.

**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital marketing.

Fluency in English required, other languages an asset.

Certified Facebook Digital Marketing Associate

Google Ads Video Certification and Ads Display Certification

At least 2 years experience in the digital media industry

Excellent command of various digital office tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google tools, and especially Google Analytics

Rigorous and meticulous

Ability to work well in a team, under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Good understanding of sponsorship and partnership business models
