For our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Content Manager - Broadcast & Digital (CDI-100%) - Native English speaker and writer.

**Responsabilities**:
Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of storylines by producing content, for all offline and online touch points.

Responsible for the development of content and storylines as part of the overall media strategy to increase audience and engagement.

Collaborate with partner agencies and oversee global themes.

Organise the production of relevant content for the media channel and business partners.

Manage, commission, curate and create effective and highly engaging multimedia content, particularly video, on digital media platforms.

Work closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development to develop branded content for business partners to increase traffic and engagement on digital channels.

Create synergies to increase viewership across broadcast and third party digital networks.

Manage the network of freelancers providing content and scripts for the digital channel.

Oversee the content planning, production, delivery and publishing process.

Liaise with internal teams to deliver the overall content plan.

Act as lead writer for articles.

Maintain editorial guidelines for writers, partners and stakeholders.

Contribute to the review of new improvements and propose new feature upgrades to increase visits, engagement and user experience based on current trends.

Lead on content marketing and SEO best practices, as well as social media developments, trends, new tools and any new leading social media platform opportunities.

Evaluate the impact and performance of published content, campaign digital activations and engagement.

Coordinate relevant budgets allocated to partners, agencies and freelancers.

**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in film, television, arts, journalism

Native English speaker and writer

Excellent communication skills

You are an exceptional storyteller with an intense creative spirit, curious and committed to high quality standards

Good analytical skills and understanding of audience desires and digital consumption habits

Proficiency in digital platforms and social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)

Very good knowledge of digital marketing

Video editing and/or design software skills are a plus

You have a proven track record of managing different production teams, talent and influencers
