**Project Manager Content Library(100%)**
**The Job's Mission**
We are looking for a project manager to join our Content Library Task Force, a new initiative that aims to create an IMD-wide ecosystem of content for individual and organizational growth. The project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the project activities and deliverables, coordinating and communicating with the various internal stakeholders. The project manager must have a strong understanding of content and knowledge architectures and experience with the delivery of complex digital projects.
**Main Responsibilities**
The role requires exceptional communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of digital, web, and knowledge governance. Key activities & accountabilities include:
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure quality and timely delivery of outcomes. Ensure alignment with project management and agile best practices.
- Communications and Change Management: Communicate effectively with the stakeholders involved, both verbally and in writing, to present findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Committee Facilitation: Facilitates together with the Chief Communication Officer meetings and activities of the Content Library Task Force. Schedule and facilitate regular meetings and ensure information is available to all members. Provide focus to the work plan and goals. Cultivate participation among committee members.
- Stakeholder Management: Interview and present research findings of stakeholders across IMD’s staff and vendor partners to understand pain-points and opportunities for process reengineering. Communicate findings back to the Content Library Task Force and communicate/build support for Task Force goals among staff.
- User Experience & Impact: Review all workplace content management tools available to the IMD workforce to ensure clear guidelines on technology purpose, how-to’s, and reporting/analytics available.
- Digital Asset Management: Oversee the development, delivery, and support of systems and platforms enabling the delivery of information products, publications, and content management services.
- Platform Mapping and Integration: Ability to understand and discuss the technology tools deployed at IMD and engage with stakeholders to create roadmap for future additions/planned retirement. Technologies include WordPress Cloud, Salesforce, Snowflake, Sprinklr, SharePoint Cloud, among others.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Implement and support strategies for equitable, diverse, and inclusive practices.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree + minimum of 8 years (or equivalent combination) of knowledge management, project management, business process operations, and/or digital strategy.
**Experience**
- **Language**: Native English speaker. English is the working language of IMD, so all content must be created, produced, and edited using native English fluency.
