Experiences we design provide our clients with spontaneous brand engagement, organic event amplification, valuable user data, and social media presence through user generated content.
Our solutions are most commonly used at store openings, product launches, PR and influencer events, marketing tours, festivals and major live events.

**YOUR MISSION**
Your role is to coordinate people and processes to ensure on time projects’ delivery and premium client services.
You must be able to anticipate a project needs and/or pitfalls, discern priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision.
- Follow up and client relationship management
- Project plans development
- Operational Staff management (hostess, installers, cameraman, stage managers)
- Transportation budget production
- Transportation booking and coordination
- Logistics : plannings and routes
- Optimal CRM use
- Events’ progress tracking
- Risk management
- Management reporting
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Flexibility + ability to handle pressure
- Self-starter and highly motivated by personal and team success
- Fluent in : French + English + German
